Enable Cloud Manager
There are a few configurations that an admin needs to modify from Thinfinity® Configuration Manager in order to work with Cloud Manager.
To grant users access to Cloud Manager using the Configuration Manager, follow the steps:
Enable Cloud Manager
Use the Add button from the Users and groups box to select the user and/or group to whom you want to grant access to Cloud Manager.
Next, check Cloud Manager and Audit Logs checkboxes. By default, the selected user will be granted access rights to all Cloud Manager functionalities. Use Cloud Manager Rights button to grant rights only to specific areas of Cloud Manager.

Warning To ensure proper functionality of the View Log features, the Audit Logs module must be enabled. Omitting Audit Logs will cause all View Log operations to fail with an error.
Alternatively, you can use the Web Manager to grant users access to Cloud Manager.
Select a User or a Group of Users
Click Add to display the Find User or Group dialog window as in the following image. Select the users and groups to whom you want to grant access to Cloud Manager then click Apply.
The users and/or groups selected in the previous step will be displayed in the User Interface Permissions page as in the following image.
Access the User or Group Settings
Click the Edit button of a user or group from the list to display the corresponding settings as in the following image.
Enable Cloud Manager from the list of available features. An additional button will become available. Clicking it will display the Cloud Manager Permissions dialog window.
By default, the selected user/group will have access to all the Cloud Manager functionalities. Use the options to configure specific permissions for each of the users/groups in your organization.

Verification
To verify that Cloud Manager has been correctly enabled, login to Thinfinity® Workspace using the account for which you enabled Cloud Manager. In your web browser click on the user profile picture: Cloud Manager should be available in the user menu.
