Cloud Manager Manual
What is Cloud Manager
Cloud Manager is a feature that allows administrators to access, create, and manage Virtual Machines (VMs) by hosting desktop environments on a centralized server. Cloud Manager supports provisioning, scaling, starting, stopping, and deallocating VMs hosted on renowned cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, IONOS, Oracle Cloud, Proxmox, VMware, HyperV and Verge.IO all accessible via the Thinfinity portal.
With Cloud Manager, sysadmins can effortlessly define VDI templates and orchestrations, create instances, and assign them to users either by creating access profiles for free access or based on customizable scheduling preferences as needed.
For the end user, there are minimal differences between user profiles utilizing VMs (whether pre-provisioned or created on demand) and any other physical device they use to connect. This ensures a consistently user-friendly experience across various platforms.
Cloud Manager main screen is displayed as in the following image.

The left pane shows the available VM models, grouped by category: Managed VMs are existing VMs hosted on different clouds service providers, that you can bring and manage in Cloud Manager while VDI/DaaS Models are VM models created in Cloud Manager.
The VM model creation and configuration wizard can be accessed from the plus button of each model category, from the buttons in the central part of the screen or from the Add button in the upper right corner of the screen next to the user profile image.
Access credentials for the cloud service providers can be set using the Credentials button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Cloud Manager can be used to manage VMs from different locations: the Location field in the upper part of the screen displays the name of the Broker (Primary or Secondary) where Cloud Manager is currently connected.
