From the VID/DaaS Models tab select the model for which you want to create a new version and click Edit to open the VDI/DaaS Model menu.

Check the Model Version
In the upper left corner of the edit menu, The Version field shows the current version of the model. The default version is Production.

Create a New Version
To create a new version: Open the dropdown menu and select + Add Version. Then select Yes in the confirmation window. This creates a Testing version of the model which is ready to be edited.

Switch to Staging or Production Versions
Warning
Switching to Testing or Staging model versions will overwrite the current version. To avoid losing any important versions, make sure to export them for backup first.
To promote a Testing model to Staging or Production, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the model edit menu and select either Switch to staging or Switch to production.
