Enable Cloud Manager

There are a few configurations that an admin needs to modify from Thinfinity® Configuration Manager in order to work with Cloud Manager.

Permissions

Open the Configuration Manager and go to Permissions tab.

Select a group or user in the Users and groups box.

Check Cloud Manager, Audit Logs, and Web Manager checkboxes.

Warning To ensure proper functionality of the View Log features, the Audit Logs module must be enabled. Omitting Audit Logs will cause all View Log operations to fail with an error.

Go to Services tab and check Cloud Manager Service in the Enabled Services checkbox list.

Verification

To verify Cloud Manager has been correctly enabled, login to Thinfinity® Workspace in your web browser and click on your profile picture. That opens a menu that displays Cloud Manager as an option after the changes made in previous steps.
