Enable Cloud Manager

There are a few configurations that an admin needs to modify from Thinfinity® Configuration Manager in order to work with Cloud Manager.

Permissions

1. Open the Configuration Manager and go to Permissions tab.

2. Select a group or user in the Users and groups box.

3. Check Cloud Manager and Web Manager checkboxes.

4. Go to Services tab and check Cloud Manager Service in the Enabled Services checkbox list.

5. Select Apply to confirm all changes.

Verification

To verify Cloud Manager has been correctly enabled, login to Thinfinity® Workspace in your web browser and click on your profile picture. That opens a menu that displays Cloud Manager as an option after the changes made in previous steps.
