To start using any feature of Cloud Manager, you must authenticate with your Cloud Provider credentials. This ensures a secure connection and access to your Cloud infrastructure.
Please be aware that the process of registering credentials in Thinfinity Cloud Manager varies slightly depending on the Cloud Provider you are using, such as Ionos, Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, Proxmox, HyperV, or VMware. Each provider has its specific requirements and steps for integration. While this series of tutorials will focus on Azure examples, it is important to note that Thinfinity is a multi-cloud solution. This means you have the flexibility to manage resources across multiple cloud environments. For detailed guidance on registering credentials with other providers, separate tutorials will be provided, ensuring you have the specific information needed for each cloud platform.
1. Login to Thinfinity® Workspace and navigate to Cloud Manager.
2. Next, go to Credentials and fill in the required fields with your cloud provider credentials. Then click Save.
Your credentials are available now in the Credentials tab. This will allow you to manage existing VMs as well as the creation of new instances.
